Reception Stick Man Trail

Reception enjoyed their visit to the Stick Man Trail in Weald Country Park on 6th June. The weather was disappointing but it didn’t stop the children having a good time. The children were able to visit the different areas from the story such as the bridge and the family tree and we even got to see some of the characters hidden in the forest. Some children were able to make their own stick men and other children used the wet mud to create natural faces. Back at school we did some leaf and flower printing to represent the flag that stick man is made into in the story. We had an excellent time!
