September 2016 in Year 6

We have had an enjoyable start to this term and have kicked off our English studies by looking at cinquains. A form of poetry with rules, cinquains were developed by an American poet, Adelaide Crapsey, and consist of five non-rhyming lines which follow specific syllable rules. Can you look at ours and spot the patterns?

We have also been very busy getting ready for our Norfolk residential and Harvest celebration – look out for these soon in the events gallery!
