This month we have been enjoying looking for signs of Spring in forest school. We found snowdrops and daffodils and lots of catkins. We enjoyed well-being week and decorating a big thank you whilst we thought of everything we were grateful for in nature. We made a hug to take home to a member of our families and learnt some different breathing techniques.
We really enjoyed listening to The Elves and the shoemaker and we made lots of shoes for our shoe shop.
Our beans have continued to grow and now have leaves and roots so we took them home to plant out.
We had great fun putting on a show for each other, acting out the traditional tales we had been reading this half term.
After half term we started our new topic of People who help us by learning about how firefighters help us. We really enjoyed playing on the fire engine we built together in the outdoor area, driving around rescuing cats and putting out fires!
