In Maths we have been exploring how to use the bar model and the cherry tree model to help us work out the part and whole of a number sentence.
In Computing, we have been learning about algorithms. We looked at how we needed to be clear with our instructions as well as looking at how to debug them.
In English, we have been reading ‘How To Catch A Star’ by Oliver Jeffers. We wrote our own story about an adventure we might go on with if we had a star.
In Geography, we looked at the different animals you might find in the Amazon Rainforest and then compared this to our school Forest School. We thought about the ways the habitats were different and the reasons for this.
In Science, we have been looking at how we change over time. We identified the life cycle of a human and thought about the changes that happen at each stage. We also thought about the different ways we can stay healthy.
