We have had lots of fun in Reception in October. We enjoyed performing The Bean Song and Dingle Dangle Scarecrow at our Harvest Festival.
We met our buddies and have enjoyed sharing stories and playing with them. We learnt new games to play in the playground on games day and we have been learning ball skills in PE.
In English we have enjoyed reading Oliver’s Vegetables, Pumpkin Soup, Little Red Hen and learning all about Autumn. We have enjoyed learning to blend and segment in phonics. We made sandwiches and enjoyed eating them as a class.
In Computing we learnt how to be safe on-line and make sure we tell a grown up if we see something we don’t like. We designed our own emojis.
